iBitLabs is a public 0-to-N startup experiment, run as a one-person company augmented by AI agents. The flagship public layer is an automated cryptocurrency trading system on SOL/USD perpetual futures, with $1,000 of real money trading live on Coinbase. All results, signals, courses, and trade history are publicly visible. The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of profit or specific trading outcomes.

2. Not Financial Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All information is for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for any trading decisions you make and any resulting gains or losses. iBitLabs does not execute trades on your behalf and does not manage your funds.

3. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, including backtest results and the live experiment results displayed on this site, does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. The 81.1% backtest win rate (V3, 180-day, 169 trades) is based on historical simulation and may not reflect live trading performance.

4. No Account Required

Viewing iBitLabs does not require an account, payment, or signup. You may use the site anonymously. We do not collect personal information from passive viewers beyond what is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

iBitLabs shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed signals, system downtime, API failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or reliance on this site.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
