1. Service Description
iBitLabs provides cryptocurrency trading signals, analytics dashboards, and optional automated trading execution ("Autopilot") for the SOL/USD market. The service is provided "as is" without guarantee of profit or specific trading outcomes.
2. Not Financial Advice
Nothing on this website or provided through our services constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. All information is for educational and informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting gains or losses.
3. Risk Disclosure
Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, including backtest results, does not guarantee future results. You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose. The 82.5% backtest win rate is based on historical simulation and may not reflect live trading performance.
4. Autopilot Service
If you use the Autopilot service, you authorize iBitLabs to execute trades on your Coinbase account via API. You retain full ownership and control of your funds at all times. We use trade-only API permissions (no withdrawal access). You can disconnect at any time.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
- You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.
- Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if no signals have been consumed.
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. Do not share your access code or API keys with others. Report any unauthorized access immediately.
7. Limitation of Liability
iBitLabs shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed signals, system downtime, API failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
