1. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use our services:

• Account data: Email address and hashed password when you register.
• Payment data: Processed by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
• API keys: If you use Autopilot, your Coinbase API keys are encrypted at rest.
• Usage data: Page views, feature usage, and session data for product improvement.
• Communication data: Telegram chat ID if you connect notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide and maintain our trading signals and automation services.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send trading signals, alerts, and service notifications.
• Improve our products and user experience.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Stripe: For payment processing.
• Coinbase: Only your API keys, solely for trade execution (Autopilot users only).
• Telegram: Your chat ID for signal notifications.

4. Data Security

Passwords are hashed with PBKDF2 (100,000 iterations). API keys are encrypted at rest. All communication is over HTTPS. We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection and edge security.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon deletion request, we remove your data within 30 days. Trade history may be retained in anonymized form for system improvement.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support@ibitlabs.com. You may also export your trade history from the Signals dashboard.

7. Cookies

We use localStorage for session management (authentication tokens). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
