iBitLabs is a public site with no signup or account required. We collect minimal information:

• Usage data: Page views and aggregate usage data (via standard server logs and Cloudflare analytics) used to improve the site.
• Communication data: Telegram chat ID, only if you choose to connect to the iBitLabs Telegram bot for trade notifications.
• Email (optional): If you voluntarily submit your email through an on-site form, we store it solely to send you trade alerts. You can opt out at any time.

We do not collect names, payment information, government IDs, or any other personal data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Send trade signals and notifications to users who voluntarily opt in.
• Understand aggregate usage patterns to improve the site.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell or share personal information. The only third parties involved are:

• Cloudflare: Hosting, edge caching, and DDoS protection for the website.
• Telegram: Receives your chat ID, solely so the bot can deliver messages to you.

4. Data Security

All communication is over HTTPS. We use Cloudflare for DDoS protection and edge security.

5. Data Retention

Voluntarily submitted emails and Telegram chat IDs are retained only as long as needed to provide notifications. You may request removal at any time.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold by contacting support@ibitlabs.com.

7. Cookies

We do not use third-party tracking cookies. We may use localStorage on the dashboard purely for client-side preferences (e.g., dismissing a popup).

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
